OUR BACKGROUND

Optimum Life Choices is a non-governmental organization with a goal of promoting mental wellness in all spheres of life. This begins with educating people on mental wellness, doing assessments on need basis and to treat mental illness through psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy, we also have a strong referral pathway; by partnering with mental health practitioners, mental wellness facilities, hospitals, fitness coaches and gyms. One of the most outstanding programs we have is the DANCING BRAIN program which is specifically for psychoeducation with a fitness and exercise component. This is because it creates a feel good atmosphere which is important for learning and storing in the long-term memory and also helps in removing the stigma that has been around for a long time.
